The Role – Driving Direction in a Scaling Product Organization

As Product Manager, you will own and drive a key product area, shaping its direction, priorities, and impact. You will bring clarity, momentum, and focus, ensuring every initiative delivers real value for customers and the business.

You will:

  • Define and continuously refine product direction
  • Drive discovery and uncover real customer problems
  • Translate business goals and user insight into clear, actionable priorities
  • Build and maintain a strategic roadmap
  • Create alignment across product, engineering, commercial teams, and leadership
  • Influence how we work, contributing to the evolution of product processes and best practices, while keeping the product vision and priorities clear

You will be a driving force within the team, collaborating closely with designers, developers, commercial teams, and leadership – inspiring others, building alignment, and making sure the product moves forward with purpose and impact.

Who You Are

You likely come from a SaaS or software-driven environment where speed, ownership and impact matter.

You may also bring experience from energy, oil & gas, logistics, or another complex B2B domain – particularly if you have worked close to operational or digital systems.

You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, as English is our working language across customers and teams.
